Stations sell petrol at ₦1,379 to ₦1,430 a litre.

Drivers say Nigeria’s 30-day at-cost petrol discount has not cut their costs.

One station manager says the ₦66-a-litre discount requires paying through the state oil company’s app wallet.

“We are yet to benefit from this relief,” said Danlami Garba-Dan Kabo, a commercial driver in Zaria.

The at-cost sale was announced for 30 days, with one station applying it from 8 October.
