Turkish state broadcaster TRT World reported the group’s claims: 890 federal laws imposed on Kashmir and 26,129 detentions since 2019.
New Delhi had not responded to the report, TRT World said.
The group also seeks an International Court of Justice opinion on India’s 2019 revocation of Article 370.
