MoscowRussia plans an East Africa port hub, state agency TASS reported.
PhosAgro says it will double fertiliser shipments to Africa by the end of 2026.
Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said the hub would form part of the International North-South Transport Corridor.
Ryabkov described the hub as under discussion, with no site, date or cost announced.
