At least 10 died in a high-speed train collision.

It is the second deadly high-speed crash in Spain this year, after 45 deaths in January.

One train ran into the tail of another that was stopped, knocking two cars off the track, regional officials said.

“That number will surely rise,” said Esther Padilla, spokeswoman for the Castilla-La Mancha region.

Investigators must still establish the cause, and the Madrid-Andalusia line stays suspended.
