XianyangKanghui will book 55 million yuan selling almost-new computer equipment.
The gain is 38 times the drugmaker’s nine-month net profit of 1.44 million yuan.
The buyer, founded in March, holds 3.54 million yuan in net assets, and the sale sits 143% above book value.
Its 5-year computing contract, worth 415 to 679 million yuan, has moved from signing to monthly billing.
The buyer must collect all equipment by 30 November, paying for each batch before it ships.
How each outlet framed it
- TMTPost leans critical
