Russia’s defence ministry claims 3 ships carried weapons to Ukraine.

Power company DTEK said an overnight attack left more than 600,000 people in Dnipropetrovsk without electricity.

The ministry says it hit a container ship at Odesa, another at Chornomorsk and a dry cargo ship south-west of Odesa.

Ukraine has not commented, and no one outside Russia’s ministry has verified the cargoes it named.
