Taiwan Nets Its Air Defenses

TaipeiAnti-aircraft guns now need cages against the drones they’re meant to shoot down.

Taiwan’s Air Force wrapped its 24 Swiss-made Skyguard cannons, which guard airbases, in netting to stop small FPV drones diving directly onto them.

The guns still anchor Taiwan’s layered air defense alongside Patriot and Sky Bow missile systems.
