FAA Certifies Boeing MAX 7

WashingtonFAA certification took nearly a decade this time.

After two crashes killed 346 people, the FAA moved from delegating safety reviews to Boeing staff toward direct review.

Southwest, the launch customer, has no MAX 7 delivery date set before March 2027.
