Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said so at a news conference closing the General Assembly’s high-level week, about systems now in Turkey.

Lavrov set one condition: the destination must be responsible and friendly to Russia.

Lavrov said Russia will approve a transfer only when a request arrives, and none has.
