Nigeria’s state oil company lost 77.6% of its fuel-products revenue, down to N2.17 trillion.

Group revenue fell 23.4% to N34.52 trillion, its audited 2025 accounts show.

Crude revenue fell 13.1% to N25.39 trillion, while gas revenue rose 18.3%.

The company’s standalone revenue fell just 1.7% to N19.32 trillion, so the group’s drop sits in subsidiaries.

Crude still supplies 74% of group revenue, which keeps the company exposed to the oil market.
