Prime Minister Donald Tusk said online activity inspired spontaneous attacks, not an organised group, and some detainees are active in the ultraright.
“This is essentially a copycat scenario,” said Kacper Rekawek, senior researcher at the International Center for Counterterrorism.
Police checks continue next week, and the government will revive a bill blocking harmful online content.
