ParisTotalEnergies is buying Shell’s entire European onshore renewables arm.
The deal adds 500 megawatts and a 3.5-gigawatt pipeline across Italy, the UK and Spain, as Shell narrows focus back to oil and gas.
TotalEnergies separately sold KKR a 50% stake in 1.2 gigawatts of German, Spanish, French and Polish assets.
