KyivZelensky says Russia hit Kharkiv’s power plant after Trump’s ceasefire.
Trump said both sides agreed, but Zelensky said it was news to him.
Zelensky said the strike hit around 8 p.m. local time, and Ukraine’s Presidential Office confirmed it followed Trump’s announcement.
Igor Ananskikh, first deputy chair of the Duma energy committee, said Trump “often says things to keep oil prices from rising.”
Duma deputy Dmitry Novikov said he did not attend the negotiations and referred questions to Trump’s press service.
