St PetersburgGovernor Alexander Drozdenko says air defenses downed 126 drones, Russian state news agency TASS reported.
Drones targeted a data center of VK, Russia’s largest social network, which said services remain operational.
Governor Alexander Beglov said drones also targeted the St Petersburg Oil Terminal and civilian sites in four districts, with no casualties.
