AbujaMicrosoft will load Nigeria’s candidate list into its AI systems.

Nigeria’s electoral commission has flagged AI-generated content as a risk to the 2027 elections.

Google opened SynthID Detector to the public, letting anyone upload media to check for invisible AI watermarks.

It detects only content made with tools from Google and participating firms such as OpenAI, NVIDIA and Kakao.
